Privacy

This is how my business uses and protects your information.

As a data controller, I hold your data:

• to perform any contract I may have with you as a result of your asking me to do work for you
• to discuss the terms on which you might ask me to do work for you
• in order to operate as a business

This may involve liaising with you to tell you about my business and the services I provide, or negotiating or agreeing a contract, which may be formal or an exchange of emails. In that case, I ask you for:

• your contact details – name, email address
• additional details - employer’s name, your title, postal address, telephone number

Any text or files you supply are kept in password-protected project files. I keep emails, other correspondence, notes of conversations and notes of marketing research.

If you wish all this data to be deleted once the project is finished, I will do so. Otherwise I would keep your contact details in case of future work.

I do not share data with anyone, whether related or unrelated to the project, without your express permission.

I do not employ other ‘data processors’. I do not employ Google Analytics.
